Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1) Agreement

By using Inkwarden, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to interfere with the service or access without authorization.

4) Paid plans and “lifetime” access

Paid tiers, checkout, and invoices may be added or changed over time. Pricing shown on our site or in the app is an invitation to subscribe or purchase; the agreement for a specific transaction is formed when checkout completes (when available) and is subject to these Terms.

Where we offer a lifetime, one-time, or perpetual license-style option, “lifetime” means access to the features included in that offer only for as long as we commercially operate Inkwarden (or a substantially similar successor product we may designate) and your account remains in good standing. It does not guarantee access for any particular number of years, for your natural lifespan, or after we stop operating the service or applicable tier.

If we permanently discontinue Inkwarden or shut down the service (including hosting), we will aim to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable. How prepaid balances, subscriptions, and one-time or lifetime purchases are treated in that situation (including any export window, account credit, or refund) will be described in our notice at that time and may depend on applicable law, payment processor rules, and feasibility. Marketing copy on the website does not override this section or expand what we owe you beyond these Terms and any separate written agreement.

5) Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including specific features, tiers, limits, or AI capabilities. Section 4 applies if we wind down Inkwarden as a whole or stop offering paid or lifetime entitlements you have purchased.
